Golden Dalea is a native warm-season perennial that features bright yellow flowers. It is often growing in drier, shallower soils. It is a legume which means it can fix nitrogen in the soil. Golden Dalea is palatable to livestock and deer. Its seeds are eaten by game and song birds. 

Golden Dalea pairs well with Prairie Verbena, Purple Skullcap and Blackfoot Daisy.
